1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Registration

3.2 Deposit Processing

3.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to reduce the risk of fraud and to protect player funds. 4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

4.3 Bonus Abuse

bd999 monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Behaviour that is considered bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing only low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus offer has an expiry period from the date of activation, after which any unused bonus funds and any winnings that have not yet met the wagering requirement will be removed from your account. Expiry periods are stated in the individual offer terms on the Promotions page.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Cash deposits and bonus funds are tracked separately in your account balance.

5. Sports Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

Bets are accepted only when confirmed with a bet reference number displayed on screen.

5.2 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport. For cricket — including PSL matches, T20 internationals, and other formats — the official result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant international body is used. In the event of a discrepancy between a live score shown on bd999 and the official result, the official result takes precedence for settlement purposes.

5.3 Abandoned & Suspended Matches

If a match is abandoned before reaching the minimum number of overs required to constitute an official result under the relevant competition rules, all single bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. For multi-leg accumulator bets, the abandoned match leg is treated as a void selection and the bet is recalculated based on the remaining settled legs.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any point during a live event at bd999's discretion, particularly during significant moments such as wickets falling, video review decisions, or potential match-changing incidents. Bets already accepted and confirmed before a market suspension are valid and will be settled on the official result.

5.5 Obvious Errors

bd999 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly posted in error — for example, odds that are significantly out of line with the market due to a technical fault. Where possible, bd999 will attempt to re-offer the bet at the correct odds. If the player declines, the stake will be returned.

6. Casino & Slot Games

6.1 Game Fairness

6.2 Technical Faults
